Walk & Talk
Barrie, ON
Walk & talk sessions bring therapy to the great outdoors (available in Barrie, ON area). During these sessions, you and your therapist take your conversation to a local park or walking trail, creating a relaxed, open space to explore your thoughts and feelings.​
