About
Meet Kylie
Registered Psychotherapist and owner of TTYL Psychotherapy
Welcome! My journey has been one of self-discovery, resilience, and growth, all of which have deeply influenced my approach to therapy. Like many, I’ve navigated my own mental health challenges, and my path has included the complexities of a late-life diagnosis, the transformative experiences of pregnancy and postpartum, and the joys and challenges of parenthood. Along the way, I’ve also faced profound grief, loss, and trauma—but through it all, I’ve found opportunities for incredible growth and connection.
Through my experiences, I’ve come to believe there’s always room for healing, growth, and thriving at any stage of life. It’s my hope to inspire others to embrace their stories, celebrate their growth, and find their way to a life filled with meaning and possibility.

I deeply connect with those who see themselves as "late bloomers"—individuals who feel lost, stuck, or uncertain about their purpose and direction. I hold space for those who feel held back from living the life they desire, perhaps they are dealing with a loss, navigating new challenges or life transitions, often feeling alone. Whether you're grappling with profound grief, frustration over the past, or just beginning to cultivate self-awareness—of yourself, your behaviors, habits, and relationships—know that you’re not alone.

Maybe you're ready to dive fully into the therapeutic process and embrace personal growth, or perhaps you're just starting to explore the idea of therapy and opening up. Wherever you are on your journey, I’m so glad you’re here. My goal is to support and guide you through life’s challenges and transformations at your own pace, helping you forge a path that feels authentic, empowering, and uniquely yours.
Experience
Professional Journey
As a dedicated psychotherapist, I bring valuable experience, training, and specialized expertise in grief and bereavement, as well as perinatal mental health (pregnancy and postpartum). My passion for these areas is deeply rooted in personal experiences, inspiring me to offer meaningful support to others through compassionate care and psychoeducational resources that enhance mental health awareness and reduce the stigma surrounding seeking help.

I strive to create a safe, empathetic space where clients feel comfortable exploring their emotions and thoughts. Beyond my private practice, I volunteer with Postpartum Support International (PSI) as an online support group facilitator, providing free mood support for mothers navigating the challenges of pregnancy and postpartum.
